who want to learn how to cook over fire and looking to share in doing something different and exciting, learing new techniques while cooking and enjoying mouth-watering food.
Throughout the day we share our knowledge and love of Asado.
We can come to your home, workplace or venue you have hired. We cook on and use our traditional Argentine asado equipment, made by our sister company Solus Grills. We teach you everything you need to know to cook an Asado yourselves from home. From getting the fire going, what cuts of meat to choose, and how to cook them to perfection over a wood fire,
using our fire pits and equipment.
There is plenty of meat to feast on, and it's very much a grazing day, finishing with a final banquet.
